Femi Corazon is an executive creative, brand builder, and transformation leader with 20+ years of experience shaping brands, leading multidisciplinary teams, and helping organizations navigate change without losing the humans at the center of it.

Her work spans three connected areas: brand strategy and transformation; creative direction and expression; and the enterprise systems, organizational design, and AI adoption that turn strategy into action.

Femi currently serves as EVP, Executive Creative Director at Rescue | The Behavior Change Agency, where she leads a multidisciplinary creative organization responsible for large-scale marketing and behavior change initiatives across the United States. Her leadership also extends to AI adoption, governance, capability building, and the evolution of creative workflows and production systems.

Previously, Femi served as VP, Brand Creative at NBCUniversal, contributing to the global transformation of Universal Destinations & Experiences and early planning for the launch of Epic Universe. Her career also includes creative and brand leadership at Little Dot Studios, ATTN:, and BBDO New York, with work spanning entertainment, technology, media, and consumer brands.

Femi has always been curious about the work behind the work: how decisions get made, how creative cultures take shape, and why some ideas move easily through an organization while others…well, get stuck in a meeting.

She brings strategic clarity, creative judgment, and a systems perspective to turning ambitious ideas into something people can understand, believe in, and act on.

Her work is increasingly focused on helping organizations connect brand ambition with the structures, capabilities, and ways of working required to deliver it, especially as AI changes how creative work is imagined, made, and led.
