Most of my career has been spent leading creative teams and shaping work where brand, culture, and strategy have to hold together. I’m fascinated by the moment when story stops being messaging and starts shaping how people think, create, and build.

I bring clarity to complexity and a human-centered perspective to the work of building brands and aligning teams.

Today I’m EVP, Executive Creative Director at Rescue, a behavior change agency. Earlier in my career, I led award-winning work and partnered with brands including Google, Disney, NBCUniversal, AT&T, T-Mobile, Whirlpool, and Dove, guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver work that drives cultural and business impact.

I’m also a certified Global Gallup Strengths Coach. I speak on storytelling, creative leadership, and navigating change, especially as AI begins to reshape how brands and organizations operate.
