I recently watched an awesome little documentary called "Happy", where some behavioral scientists studied our inclination for happiness. Apparently, our ability to feel happy is due to 50% genetics, 10% circumstance and 40% INTENTIONAL ACTIVITY. I'm seriously diggin' the idea that you can in fact intentionally create happiness. Here's to the 40%, people! Happy is available on Netflix ... I totally recommend it. While we're at it... check out this little blog post on resolutions for a happier 2013.
